Asia’s Chief Executive Perspectives

The Asia Business Council’s tenth annual survey of members was conducted in July 2015. Over half of the respondents, who are Chairmen and CEOs of Asian businesses, think business conditions will remain roughly the same in the next 12 months. Compared to 2014, more are expecting business conditions to worsen, and fewer are expecting them to improve. The major concern by far for Asia businesses mentioned is Chinese volatility. Other economic challenges of concern include technological change and regulatory scrutiny and uncertainty, in addition to external factors including geopolitical uncertainties and international security.
